POLICIES AT QUILTS BY KRISTY TREMAIN
On all custom quilts and memory quilts, 50% of the total cost is due upon ordering. The remaining 50% is due when the quilt is complete and ready to ship. Final payment must be received before the item(s) are send out. This way it keeps all of us honest!👍🏼
All deposits are non refundable if materials have been purchased. I cannot return cut material so I will not get a refund either. If you want to cancel an order, please intact me ASAP so that I do not purchase items needed for your custom quilt. I appreciate your understanding!
